Binge drinking, a term similar to binge watching. According to Google, binge means "indulge in an activity." So binge would mean drinking continuously for a period of time. You, just keep profusely drinking, indulged on what your are doing. You forget about time and place, it's like you are occupied in drinking.            Most teenagers from around the world binge drinks. I think they do this because it is something fun and a thing to forget about time. But according to "psychology.com", when a child moves from being a kid to become mature; they crave the feeling of independence. Many teenagers decide to express these feelings and emotions by turning to the wrong direction, and risk taking in order to feel they have control of their life. These choices make them feel this way and gives the feeling of adrenaline.            Teenagers in the CNM...

Blog 4: Performance Task

Dear Judy, My feelings for you has never been diminished. Never doubt my Love for you, for it is everlasting. Whenever I see you I see my future, I see a new dimension in life, for my love for you is too great. My feelings are strong that I feel like I want to spend the rest of my life with you. But you are too busy with many other men, trying to tempt them. Why? When I am right here waiting in silence, with my heart breaking every second for you? Seeing with another man makes me jealous, but I cannot do anything because it is your happiness. I have chosen to marry Irene, for she is who I think I love in the moment. She is pretty but not as pretty as you. She is nothing like you, but I have no choice. You are tempting, perfect, and the definition of seductress to me. Blog #3

This week I finished reading the book Beastly by Alex Flinn. I decided to read this book because I have been wanting to read it ever since I was in Elementary School. This book starts off in the setting of voting for a king and queen for prom. Kyle Kingsbury, the most popular boy in high school, has the looks but his personality says otherwise. He believes that physical characteristics matter much more than personality. Kendra is a mysterious classmate who is an undercover witch that casts a spell on Kyle Kingsbury on prom night. The only way to break the spell is a kiss from a person that loves him, but Kyle does not believe this. If he does not find a person, that he truly loves and she loves him back in two years; he would be a beast forever. His father brought him to many clinics and hospitals around the country, as a result, his father bought him a house as far away from the public as possible. The guy mindlessly agreed. Kendra feels sorry for Kyle so she gives him a mirror that ...

Reflection Week #2

The book I am reading this week is Beastly by Alex Flinn. She is an American author that has written eleven books including an ebook as of 2017. Her main category is young adult. The book starts off in the scene of students electing a prince (winner) for the dance. Kyle Kingsbury (the beast) makes fun of the other students saying that he looks the best. Then he gets into a heated argument with Kendra about looks matter more than personality. He decides to ask Kendra out to the dance whilst, going with the most famous girl in school, hoping to make a fool out of Kendra. This trick worked.       Kendra is witch. She knows that this would happen, so she casted a spell on Kyle, turning him into the beast. The only way for Kyle to undo this spell was to find a girl that loved him even when he was a beast, and that he loved her back. Although Kyle only has two years to find this love and gets kissed by her; or else he would be the beast forever. In hopes o...

The book I have started reading this week is Dark Rooms by Lili Anolik. Lili Anolik graduated from Princeton University and Boston University. There is not a lot of information about herself on the internet except that she is married and has a baby. She currently resides at Manhattan, New York. You can also contact her at http://www.lilianolik.com/.  I chose to read this book mainly because I am obsessed with mysterious, page turning, and books that involve investigation and murder. These kinds of books gives me the urge to keep on reading. Although, I am currently still in the first few chapters of book, there are many characters that are already introduced. Nica, Grace, Jamie, Mom, Dad, and William. Nica is the girl that got murdered; Grace is her younger sibling. Jamie is Nica's ex-boyfriend; William is the guy she was supposedly talking to the night before Nica got murdered. So far, Nica is dead. Everyone at Ch...
